Bright colour and an expressive, fruity nose with hints of cherry. Supple and round, unpretentious and easy to drink relatively young. The wine spends 12 months in French oak barrels, used rather than new, so the wood plays a supporting role and the Pinot fruit stays front and centre. Pairs well with charcuterie, meats and grilled poultry.
